All that Glitters – When Bling Goes Bad

An unfortunate look, most common on the Alluring, is glitz overload. We all know that woman. Sparkle and shine, glitter and glam. A3966l.jpg little makes her happy but she’s delirious with more. She is a walking Christmas tree and the party starts when she arrives. The problem with unfocused accents is that it scatters the brain and we don’t know where to look. I know a Second Act woman who wears tapered tight jeans with detailed pockets and low cut tops with bust line bling. But does she stop there? NO! Add bold earrings and a sparkly necklace, noteworthy nails and flashy rings. With French-manicured toes framed by strappy stilettos she keeps it going with glossy lips and hair that took time. The final touch? An enthusiastic handbag that screams knock off. This look is bad enough at any age but when she pulls out her readers it’s tragic.
