Help with curly and straight hair at the same time: Questions for Christopher

Christopher Hopkins Christopher,
Just read your book and LOVED it. I'm in the process of re-reading so that I can truly understand and follow it. FINALLY something that makes sense!

That said, I have a question about products. Every salon I go to has their favorite hair care line and each says theirs is the best but when I try it (I'm now buying travel sizes), I'm disappointed. I have very straight hair on top, curly underneath, fine, but LOTS of it. My desired styling routine is shower in the morning, throw some <insert appropriate product here>, comb through, put on makeup (I'm better at makeup than hair), and leave the house by 5:30am!! Needless to say, I don't really have much time to spend on hair.

Any guidance would really be appreciated. While we're at it, any fave makeup lines?

Thanks

Paula

No faves really.  We use Jayne Iredale make up.  People love it.

I think you’ll need to use one product for the straight hair (volumizing) and one for the curly (moisturizing).  And...probably...we’re going to have to graduate to spending more time on the hair.  But only if you’d like to be more attractive.  Otherwise, just
comb through it and go!  :)  Remember the part about giving yourself the time?  ;) Give yourself 5 more minutes, then 10.  You'll be prettier, I promise.

Thank you for loving my book.
