TEENAGE DAUGHTER TAKES TOO LONG GETTING READY

Have a problem that you may be able to help with.  Daughter Megan (16 going on dead) is currently incapable of leaving the house in anything less than 45 minutes of prep no matter when she is supposed to be somewhere. 


I need someone to teach/train the 5-10 minute prep method and/or ‘matching the prep to the time available’?  Are you that guy or who should I talk to to help this kid get places on time?

She's a teenager. What can you do?  I spent an hour trying to get my hair to feather just so and only walked facing the wind.
